For deposits I take a NON-REFUNDABLE $400-800 deposit depending on how many sessions are booked. A deposit is required to book.

I charge $1800/session CAD including tax,

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, for any reason.


You can reschedule once, per project, +7 days in advance, without losing your deposit. If you reschedule back to back days, a full day deposit will be required to rebook. Reschedules under 7 days will result in your deposit being forfeit.


You must rebook within 7 days. If you do not, your deposit is forfeit. Cancellations always result in a forfeit deposit.


Guest spots & conventions are date & location specific- if you need to reschedule for any reason, your deposit will be forfeit, and a new one will be required to continue the project.


Deposits are held for 1 year and if not used they are forfeit.


Also I DO know we are all human, and I DO know emergencies happen. Please let me know if that is your situation.
